Knowledge entry Screen resolutions in Glidos

I did discover that if I try to run Glidos 1.38 with the 1600x1200 resolution, I definitely get a foulup on the startup of TR1. (using the nVidia GeForce 6600 video card with Windows XP Pro). This setting is higher than the maximum supported by my monitor. The beginning screens wouldn't work right. (too large and offcenter or just a large white screen with a message box saying "screen change failed").

Knowledge entry DOS-only game, that required a 3dfx-card and had no software mode?

Hello, I asked the following question already in a forum of a magazine, but despite some answers have not yet been 100% sure about it. I went then to the vogons forum, where I was told that it would be best to ask the author of Glidos (maybe someone else knows here), so I went to this forum here. This is just out of pure interest (I will buy Glidos the next days anyway).
