On Vista you will get nothing unless you use VDos32. |

I'd recomment using the preconfigured archive on http://www.glidos.net, rather than the advanced installer. |

I recently re-installed Tomb Raider (with the advanced installer – all according to the instructions), and I attempted to start the game with Glidos. |

3d Monitor support
I've just released v1.41 of Glidos and v0.8 of psVoodoo. Both now support 3D Monitors that use line interleaving, such as Zalmon. |

Not at the moment, but it is something I have in mind. I could do with it myself. Probably of interest to just a few, I do have 3d monitor support near a releasable state. |

Sorry- I'm new to the group and I'm not accustomed to the order of responses. Anyway- Im not on vista- but on Xp, I'm not using vdos32 and I have the problem. |

I have the same issue. If I revert to the normal CD audio the music etc. reappears, so it seems to be purely an mp3 playback problem. |

Make sure you have the latest video drivers, directly from ATI's web site, rather than from Windows update (otherwise you have no accelerated OpenGL support. |

VDos32 v0.8 released
I've just released v0.8 of VDos32. It has been updated to work with Glidos v1.39, activating all the in-game music of Tomb Raider I. |

Sorry, the new features of Glidos 1.39 wont work with VDos32. VDos32 needs updating. Its not hard, so maybe soon. |

Dear Alan: Since you are using VDos, I'm guessing your OS is Vista. If this is the case, you should not need VDMSound. Try the attached install guide for TR 1 and Vista. |
